Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst und analysierst Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Budgetplanung, Forecast-Erstellung und langfristige Finanzplanung
- Du analysierst Kosten und Abweichungen und erarbeitest Handlungsempfehlungen
- Du erstellst und pflegst Reportings für verschiedene Unternehmensbereiche
- Du berätst und unterstützt die Fachabteilungen bei betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst mindestens 4 Berufserfahrung im Controlling oder Rechnungswesen mit, idealerweise in einem mittelständischen Unternehmen.
- Im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, bist du sehr routiniert.
- Dich zeichnen eine analytische Denkweise und ein gutes Gespür für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge aus.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und hast Freude daran, Themen eigenverantwortlich voranzutreiben.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1) runden dein Profil ab.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
