Was erwartet dich?
- Du errichtest eigenständig Rohbauten nach Plan und techischen Vorgaben/ Bauplänen, erstellst Schalungen und montierst Fertigbauteile wie Decken oder Treppen.
- Du übernimmst klassische Tiefbauarbeiten, vom Aushub für Fundamente bis zur Verlegung von Entwässerungssystemen und führst Abdichtungen fachgerecht aus.
- Du richtest die Baustelle von A bis Z ein, sicherst sie professionell ab und bist für den Aufbau der notwendigen Arbeits- und Schutzgerüste zuständig.
- Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit deinen Kollegen im Team und stimmst dich bei Bedarf mit anderen Gewerken auf der Baustelle ab.
- Du trägst aktiv dazu bei, dass unsere hohen Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards auf der Baustelle jederzeit eingehalten werden.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maurer (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Baugewerbe (z.B. Hochbaufacharbeiter (m/w/d)
- Du sprichst gutes Deutsch (ca. B2-Niveau), um dich sicher im Team und auf der Baustelle zu verständigen
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits erste Berufserfahrung im Mauerwerksbau mit
- Du überzeugst mit handwerklichem Geschick, technischem Verständnis und bist körperlich belastbar
- Eine zuverlässige, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und echter Teamgeist zeichnen dich aus
- Im besten Fall besitzt Du einen PKW-Führerschein der Klasse B und oder C1

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
