Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die tatkräftige Unterstützung für unser Team auf verschiedenen Hochbau-Baustellen und packst bei allen anfallenden Bau- und Montagearbeiten aktiv mit an.
- Du bedienst sicher und zuverlässig Handwerkzeuge sowie leichte Baumaschinen, um die Arbeitsschritte voranzutreiben.
- Du übernimmst die Vorbereitung und den Transport von Baumaterialien und sorgst für Ordnung und Sauberkeit auf der Baustelle.
- Du bist für die einfache Wartung und Pflege der eingesetzten Maschinen und Geräte mitverantwortlich und stellst deren Einsatzbereitschaft sicher.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist körperlich belastbar und ein echter Teamplayer.
- Die Arbeit im Freien und auf wechselnden Baustellen macht dir nichts aus.
- Du bringst bereits Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen Handwerkzeugen mit.
- Idealerweise hast du erste Grundkenntnisse im Hochbau – das ist aber kein Muss.
- Eine zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise ist für dich selbstverständlich.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (mindestens B2 Niveau), um dich sicher im Team und auf der Baustelle verständigen zu können.
- Im besten Fall hast Du einen gültigen PKW Führerschein der Klasse B und oder C1

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
