Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie organisieren und steuern den gesamten Produktionsprozess unserer Bolzenschweißgeräte und sorgen für stabile, effiziente und termingerechte Abläufe
- Sie führen das Fertigungsteam fachlich, begleiten die Einarbeitung neuer Kolleg:innen und fördern deren gezielte Weiterentwicklung
- Sie analysieren bestehende Abläufe und setzen konkrete Verbesserungsmaßnahmen um – mit Blick auf Qualität, Effizienz und Termintreue
- Sie arbeiten eng mit Entwicklung, Konstruktion, Einkauf und Vertrieb zusammen und vertreten die Perspektive der Fertigung aktiv in bereichsübergreifenden Abstimmungen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine technische Ausbildung als Techniker:in, Meister:in oder vergleichbar und verfügen über fundierte Praxiserfahrung in der Fertigung technischer Geräte
- Sie besitzen eine elektrotechnische Qualifikation als Elektrofachkraft oder gleichwertig für den sicheren Umgang mit Anlagen bis 400 V Drehstrom
- Sie bringen Kenntnisse in Leistungselektronik, elektrischen Stromquellen oder Schweißtechnik mit, was ein willkommenes Plus ist
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und kommunizieren klar im Team
- Sie sind pragmatisch und bodenständig: Sie koordinieren, wo es sinnvoll ist, und packen mit an, wo es nötig ist
- Sie zeigen Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
