Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die integrierte Planung von GuV, Cashflow und Bilanz sowie die Weiterentwicklung der Unternehmenssteuerung
- Du erstellst Forecasts, Budgets, Abweichungsanalysen und Management-Reports für die Geschäftsleitung Finance
- Du entwickelst und steuerst relevante KPIs zur finanziellen und operativen Performance-Steuerung
- Du analysierst Geschäfts- und Finanzkennzahlen und leitest Handlungsempfehlungen für das Management ab
- Du entwickelst Controlling-, Reporting- und Planungsprozesse weiter und stellst transparente Entscheidungsgrundlagen sicher
- Du steuerst die Liquiditätsplanung und unterstützt bei Finanzierungs- und Investoren-Themen
- Du bist Sparringspartner der Geschäftsleitung Finance und arbeitest eng mit den operativen Bereichen zusammen
- Du wirkst bei strategischen Projekten, Business Cases und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen mit
- Du bist Ansprechperson für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Banken und weitere externe Stakeholder im Controlling-Umfeld
- Du steuerst administrative Finance-Governance-Themen, insbesondere Vertragsmanagement, Versicherungen sowie Unterschriftenregelungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finanzen oder Rechnungswesen
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling mit, idealerweise in einer verantwortungsvollen Senior-Position
- Du hast ein sehr gutes Verständnis von GuV-, Bilanz- und Cashflow-Zusammenhängen
- Du hast Erfahrung in integrierter Unternehmensplanung sowie KPI- und Reporting-Systemen
- Du gehst professionell mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel) um und hast Erfahrung in der Erstellung aussagekräftiger Reports und Analysen
- Du verfügst über gute Fachkenntnisse im Bereich HGB und IFRS
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, zeigst Eigeninitiative und trittst souverän auf Management-Ebene auf
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert und bringst ein hohes Maß an Verbindlichkeit mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
