Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst das eigenständige Einrichten, Rüsten und Anfahren unserer automatisierten Produktionsanlagen und führst eigenverantwortlich Werkzeugwechsel durch.
- Du stellst die Prozessparameter präzise ein, überwachst den laufenden Betrieb mithilfe von Pneumatik-, Hydraulik- und Sensorik-Systemen und gibst die Produktion nach Qualitätsvorgaben frei.
- Als erste Anlaufstelle im Team analysierst und behebst Du technische Störungen, um die Anlagenverfügbarkeit sicherzustellen und unterstützt bei Wartungsarbeiten.
- Du trägst maßgeblich zur Effizienzsteigerung bei, indem Du kontinuierlich an der Optimierung von Zykluszeiten und Ausschussquoten nach Lean-Prinzipien arbeitest.
- Du dokumentierst alle relevanten Prozessdaten und Störungsmeldungen sorgfältig in unserem BDE/ERP-System und sicherst so einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Industriemechaniker oder Mechatroniker (m/w/d).
- Du bringst Erfahrung im Einrichten und Rüsten von Produktionsanlagen mit und kennst dich in der Werkzeugtechnik sowie mit Pneumatik, Hydraulik und Sensorik aus.
- Der Umgang mit Qualitätsprüfmitteln ist für dich selbstverständlich und Kenntnisse in ERP- oder BDE-Systemen sind ein klares Plus.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig und qualitätsbewusst, dabei hast du ein gutes Auge für technische Details und Prozessabläufe.
- Als zuverlässiger Teamplayer bist du bereit, im Schichtsystem zu arbeiten und sprichst fließend Deutsch für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Team.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
