Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die Leitung von Projekten zur Digitalisierung und gestalten aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Prozesse und -Landschaft.
- Sie steuern die Umsetzung strategischer IT-Vorgaben in enger Abstimmung mit unserem zentralen IT-Dienstleister ATRUVIA.
- Sie erarbeiten und pflegen Betriebs- und Sicherheitskonzepte und entwickeln den Informationsverbund in Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Fachbereichen weiter.
- Sie fungieren als zentrale Ansprechperson für interne Stakeholder sowie externe Dienstleister und stellen eine reibungslose Kommunikation sicher.
- Sie analysieren bankfachliche Anforderungen, bewerten diese hinsichtlich regulatorischer Vorgaben und begleiten die technische Umsetzung.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Bankausbildung, idealerweise in einer Genossenschaftsbank, und bringen erste Berufserfahrung in der Bankorganisation mit.
- Sie haben eine hohe Affinität zur IT und Digitalisierung und idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrung in der IT-Administration oder im Anwendersupport gesammelt.
- Als kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit fällt es Ihnen leicht, als Ansprechpartner für interne Teams und externe Dienstleister zu agieren.
- Sie bringen sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1-Niveau) mit.
