Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen fachgerechte Reparaturen und Instandsetzungen von Karosserieschäden sowie Unfallfolgen durch
- Sie führen Lackierungen unter Einsatz moderner Techniken, inklusive Airless-Spritzverfahren, durch
- Sie führen Smart Repairs zur schnellen Behebung kleinerer Schäden aus
- Sie setzen verschiedene Werkzeuge und Geräte, wie Handwerkzeuge und Hebevorrichtungen (Forklift), ein
- Sie wenden moderne Lackiertechniken und Oberflächenbehandlungen an
- Sie stellen die Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards während der Arbeiten sicher und dokumentieren die durchgeführten Arbeiten sowie die Pflege der Arbeitsbereiche

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fahrzeuglackierer:in, Karosseriebauer:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Fahrzeugreparatur
- Sie bringen bereits mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich mit
- Sie haben idealerweise Erfahrung in Unfallinstandsetzung, Lackierung und Smart Repair
- Sie besitzen Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Handwerkzeugen sowie modernen Lackiertechniken (Airless paint spraying)
- Sie sind fähig, präzise Arbeit unter Einhaltung hoher Qualitätsstandards zu leisten
- Sie sind teamfähig, zuverlässig und arbeiten selbstständig
- Sie sind bereit zur Weiterbildung und offen für neue Technologien

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
