Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest die Buchhaltung & Abschlüsse: Du überwachst die Finanzbuchhaltung, bearbeitest Bilanzierungssachverhalte (z. B. unfertige Leistungen) und erstellst die Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB.
- Du steuerst das Steuerwesen & die Bürokratie: Du erstellst die Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen (USt-Organschaft), überwachst Vorsteueroptionen und kümmerst dich um Veröffentlichungen im Bundesanzeiger sowie Transparenzregister.
- Du bist Experte fürs Bauwesen & Controlling: Du nutzt deine Kenntnisse der Kosten-/Leistungsrechnung und beherrschst die bauspezifischen Besonderheiten (§ 13b UStG, § 48 EStG, Einbehalte, Bürgschaften).
- Du managst das Tagesgeschäft: Du bildest Rückstellungen/Abgrenzungen, wickelst interne sowie externe Leistungsabrechnungen ab und übernimmst vertretungsweise den Zahlungsverkehr.
- Du bist die Schnittstelle nach außen: Du hältst den Kontakt zu Banken, Steuerberatern sowie dem Finanzamt und begleitest Betriebsprüfungen.

- Deine Qualifikation: Du hast eine anerkannte Berufsausbildung sowie den Abschluss zum Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK o. Ä.) in der Tasche.
- Deine Erfahrung: Du bringst mehr als 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung mit.
- Deine Software-Skills: Du gehst sicher mit DATEV und den MS Office-Anwendungen um.
- Deine Persönlichkeit: Du überzeugst durch dein sicheres, freundliches Auftreten und deine starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
