Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst eigenverantwortlich die termingerechten Warenflüsse zwischen unseren Kunden, Lieferanten und Empfängern und bist die zentrale Schnittstelle für eine reibungslose Logistikkette
- Mithilfe unseres Transportmanagement-Systems (TMS) planst und bearbeitest du Transportaufträge, optimierst Routen durch gezieltes Trassenmanagement und überwachst aktiv die Sendungslaufzeiten
- Du wählst unsere Transportpartner sorgfältig aus, beauftragst diese und agierst als direkter Ansprechpartner für Frachtführer, um eine hohe Servicequalität sicherzustellen
- Bei Abweichungen im Transportablauf greifst du proaktiv ein, findest schnelle Lösungen und sorgst für eine transparente Kommunikation mit allen Beteiligten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Disposition von Teil- und Komplettladungen mit
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit einem gängigen Transportmanagementsystem (TMS) und hast gute Kenntnisse im Trassenmanagement
- Mit deinem Organisationstalent und deiner kommunikativen Art behältst du auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick
- Für die reibungslose Kommunikation mit allen Partnern sprichst und schreibst du verhandlungssicher Deutsch (C1-Niveau)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
