- Du planst, erstellst und veröffentlichst Content für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle wie Instagram, Facebook und LinkedIn
- Du entwickelst kreative Content-Ideen, um Reichweite, Sichtbarkeit und Arbeitgeberattraktivität zu steigern
- Du erstellst Bild-, Video- und Textinhalte für Social Media und Recruiting-Kampagnen
- Du betreust und entwickelst unsere Social-Media-Kanäle im Tagesgeschäft weiter
- Du managst die Community, inklusive Beantwortung von Kommentaren und Nachrichten, und unterstützt beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung unserer Employer Brand
- Du analysierst Reichweiten, Trends und Performance-Kennzahlen zur Optimierung der Inhalte und organisierst sowie begleitest Recruiting-Events, Messen und Unternehmensaktivitäten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Social Media oder vergleichbar
- Du hast Erfahrung im Social Media Management und idealerweise im Employer Branding oder Recruiting
- Du hast ein Gespür für Trends, digitale Kommunikation und zielgruppengerechten Content
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Content, einschließlich Text, Bild und idealerweise Video/Reels
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Social Media Plattformen und digitalen Tools
- Du bist kreativ, zeigst Eigeninitiative und hast Freude daran, Ideen umzusetzen, und bist kommunikationsstark in Deutsch sowie hast gute Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
