Begleitung von Recruiting-Events, Messen und Unternehmensaktivitäten
Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst und setzt unsere Social-Media-Strategie mit Fokus auf Employer Branding um, indem du eigenständig kreativen Content (Text, Bild, Video) für Kanäle wie Instagram, Facebook und LinkedIn konzipierst und erstellst
- Du übernimmst die Redaktionsplanung sowie das tägliche Management unserer Social-Media-Profile und sorgst für einen konsistenten, ansprechenden Markenauftritt
- Als Stimme unseres Unternehmens managst du aktiv unsere Community, reagierst auf Kommentare sowie Nachrichten und förderst den Dialog mit unserer Zielgruppe
- Du überwachst die Performance deiner Inhalte mithilfe gängiger Analysetools, leitest daraus Optimierungspotenziale ab und erstellst regelmäßige Reportings für das Team
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Recruiting- und Marketing-Team unterstützt du bei der Planung und medialen Begleitung von Events und Messen, um unsere Arbeitgebermarke zu stärken

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder Social Media
- Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung im Social Media Management mit, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Employer Branding oder Recruiting
- Du hast ein gutes Gespür für digitale Trends und entwickelst zielgruppengerechten Content (Text, Bild und idealerweise Video), der begeistert
- Im Umgang mit gängigen Social-Media-Plattformen und den dazugehörigen Tools fühlst du dich sicher
- Du bist eine kreative und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit, die mit Eigeninitiative und Freude neue Ideen umsetzt
- Für die Kommunikation im Team und mit der Community sprichst du fließend Deutsch und bringst gute Englischkenntnisse mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
