Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst, organisierst und führst eigenverantwortlich eine internationale Konferenz zum Thema digitales Lernen durch
- Du steuerst alle organisatorischen Abläufe – von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung vor Ort
- Du koordinierst Speaker:innen, Partner:innen, Dienstleister:innen und internationale Stakeholder
- Du erstellst und pflegst Zeitpläne, Budgets und Projektstrukturen
- Du entwickelst ein attraktives Konferenzprogramm in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Content-Team und Expert:innen
- Du betreust Teilnehmende, Sponsoren und Aussteller und arbeitest mit Marketing- und Kommunikationsteams zur erfolgreichen Vermarktung der Veranstaltung zusammen

- Du bist ein Organisationstalent mit strukturierter und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsweise und einem Multitasking-Talent mit Liebe zum Detail
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit und Erfahrung im Umgang mit internationalen Partner:innen und Speaker:innen
- Du hast sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und bist sicher im Umgang mit digitalen Tools

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
