- Sie verantworten die eigenständige Planung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung unserer Projekte in der Verkehrsleittechnik – von der ersten Idee bis zur finalen Abnahme.
- Sie stellen Ihr Baustellenteam zusammen, führen Ihre Mitarbeitenden fachlich und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Einsatz von Personal und Ressourcen.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson auf der Baustelle steuern Sie alle Abläufe, koordinieren Nachunternehmer und sichern die Einhaltung von Terminen und Qualitätsstandards.
- Sie führen die technische Dokumentation, erstellen Aufmaße und vertreten unsere Interessen in Baubesprechungen mit Auftraggebern und Partnern.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Meister oder Techniker im Bereich Elektrotechnik, ein entsprechendes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Idealerweise bringen Sie erste Erfahrung in der Leitung von Baustellen oder der Führung kleinerer Teams mit.
- Ein Führerschein der Klasse B sowie die Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen für die Betreuung Ihrer Projekte sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
- Mit Ihrer organisierten und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise behalten Sie auch in dynamischen Projektphasen den Überblick und können Ihr Team souverän steuern.
- Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um eine reibungslose Abstimmung mit allen Projektbeteiligten zu gewährleisten.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
