Was erwartet dich?
- Du wirkst aktiv bei der Kalkulation von Roh- und Schlüsselfertigbauprojekten mit, prüfst Ausschreibungsunterlagen und holst dafür Angebote von Nachunternehmern ein.
- Auf Basis von CAD- und BIM-Modellen entwickelst Du wirtschaftliche und technische Lösungsvorschläge zur Angebotsoptimierung.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Bauleitung, dem Einkauf und der Geschäftsführung unterstützt Du bei Vergabeverhandlungen und Angebotspräsentationen.
- Du pflegst unsere Kalkulationsdatenbank und hilfst dabei, die Kennzahlen für zukünftige Projekte weiterzuentwickeln.
- Du übernimmst die Nachkalkulation abgeschlossener Projekte, um daraus wichtige Erkenntnisse für die Optimierung zukünftiger Kalkulationen zu gewinnen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bauwesen und bringst erste Berufserfahrung in der Baubranche mit.
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in BIM und hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrung in der Baukalkulation gesammelt.
- Im Umgang mit gängiger CAD-Software und MS Office bist du routiniert.
- Als kommunikationsstarkes Organisationstalent überzeugst du mit Verhandlungsgeschick und einer selbstständigen Arbeitsweise.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
