Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Projektleitung oder Teilprojektleitung in Kundenprojekten, sei es klassisch, agil oder hybrid – je nach Situation
- Du managst Anforderungen, indem du sie erhebst, strukturierst, priorisierst, dokumentierst und über den Lebenszyklus begleitest
- Du klärst Erwartungen, schaffst Transparenz und bearbeitest Konflikte konstruktiv im Rahmen von Kommunikation und Stakeholder-Management
- Du moderierst Workshops, Reviews und Entscheidungsrunden, sowohl vor Ort als auch remote
- Du gestaltest methodisch, indem du passende Vorgehensweisen auswählst, pragmatisch verbesserst und Lernschleifen etablierst
- Du sorgst für Qualität und Wirksamkeit durch klare Ergebnisse, qualitative Übergaben, verlässliche Steuerung und messbaren Nutzen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in Projektleitung, PMO, Business Analyse oder Anforderungsmanagement und Energiewirtschaft
- Du besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte verständlich zu machen – sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich
- Du verfügst über starke Moderations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, auch in anspruchsvollen Stakeholder-Landschaften
- Du bist methodisch offen und denkst in Zielbildern und Ergebnissen – nicht in Dogmen
- Du bist lernbereit und konstruktiv, Feedback, Iteration und Weiterentwicklung gehören für dich dazu
- Du bist bereit zu gelegentlichen Vor-Ort-Terminen bei Kund:innen in der DACH-Region und hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen sowie ein emphatisches Auftreten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
