Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die volle Verantwortung für dein Vertriebsgebiet in Bayern/Baden-Württemberg und baust durch die strategische Betreuung von Fachgroßhandel, Handwerk und Bauwirtschaft unsere Marktposition aktiv aus.
- Du führst eigenständig Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen, platzierst unser Produktsortiment gezielt bei deinen Kund:innen und sorgst so für nachhaltiges Umsatzwachstum.
- Du begeisterst deine Zielgruppen durch professionelle Produktpräsentationen, Schulungen und auf regionalen Fachmessen für unser Sortiment.
- In enger Abstimmung mit dem Vertriebsinnendienst und dem Marketing analysierst du Markttrends und berichtest deine Vertriebserfolge direkt an die Vertriebsleitung.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich, in der SHK-Branche oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb in der SHK-Branche oder einem technischen Umfeld mit.
- Als Kommunikationstalent überzeugst du mit einer positiven Ausstrahlung und einer selbstständigen, zielorientierten Arbeitsweise.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und bringst die nötige Reisebereitschaft für dein Vertriebsgebiet in Bayern und Baden-Württemberg mit.
