Ihre Aufgaben:
- Konzeption & Design: Sie analysieren Nutzeranforderungen und erstellen intuitive UX/UI-Konzepte, Wireframes und Prototypen für Webanwendungen.
- Optimierung: Sie führen Usability-Tests durch, identifizieren Schwachstellen in bestehenden Systemen und sichern ein konsistentes Design (Design System / UI-Standards).
- Qualität & Testing: Sie begleiten die Umsetzung in der Softwareentwicklung und unterstützen bei der Durchführung von Softwaretests.
- Beratung & Sparring: Sie beraten Fachbereiche sowie Führungskräfte und schlagen die Brücke zwischen Nutzerbedürfnissen und technischen Prozessen.

Das bringen Sie mit:
- Basis: Ein Studium der (Wirtschafts-/Medien-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung. Zudem kommunizieren Sie sicher auf Deutsch (mind. C1).
- UX/UI-Expertise: Fundierte Erfahrung im nutzerzentrierten Design (UCD) – von der Analyse über die Konzeption von Webanwendungen (Wireframes, Mockups, Prototypen mit den gängigen Tools) bis hin zu Usability-Tests und Designsystemen.
- Technisches Verständnis: Sie verstehen komplexe fachliche Anforderungen, übersetzen diese in intuitive Interfaces und besitzen ein gutes Gespür für die technische Umsetzung (Webtechnologien).
- Soft Skills: Eine strukturierte, kreative Arbeitsweise, Teamgeist sowie die Fähigkeit, Designentscheidungen überzeugend zu vermitteln.

About stiftung elektro-altgeräte register
Die stiftung ear registriert u.a. Hersteller von Elektro- und Elektronikgeräten sowie von Batterien, koordiniert die Abholung der Elektro-Altgeräte bei den öffentlich-rechtlichen Entsorgungsträgern und lässt Organisationen für Herstellerverantwortung für Altbatterien zu. Für diese Aufgaben wurde sie vom Umweltbundesamt mit der Wahrnehmung hoheitlicher Aufgaben nach dem Elektro- und Elektronikgerätegesetz und dem Batterierecht beliehen. I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
