Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst fachlich und disziplinarisch das Buchhaltungsteam mit 5 Mitarbeitenden
- Du stellst eine ordnungsgemäße, präzise und termingerechte Verbuchung aller Geschäftsvorfälle sicher
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen für mehrere Gesellschaften
- Du analysierst und kontrollierst Bilanz- und GuV-Konten und bildest komplexe Sachverhalte korrekt handels- und steuerrechtlich ab
- Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen und Steuerberater:innen - von der laufenden Abstimmung bis zur Abschlussprüfung
- Du berichtest direkt an den Vorstand und wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Digitalisierungsvorhaben mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung (z. B. als Steuerfachangestellte:r oder Bilanzbuchhalter:in) oder ein Studium im Bereich BWL / Finanzen / Steuern mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung - idealerweise in einem mittelständischen Umfeld
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Teamführung: Du motivierst Menschen, überträgst Verantwortung und förderst ein starkes Miteinander
- Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung nach HGB und bist sicher im Umgang mit DATEV Rechnungswesen und MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Du arbeitest analytisch und zahlenorientiert - strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und zuverlässig
- Du bist eine integrative Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke und lebst Zusammenarbeit aktiv

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
