Du arbeitest eng mit Entwicklung, Vertrieb, Produktion und Qualität zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass Materialien zuverlässig verfügbar sind – vom Projektstart bis zur Serie.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst den gesamten operativen Einkaufsprozess für Handelswaren und projektbezogene Komponenten – von der Bestellung über die Disposition bis zur präzisen Terminverfolgung.
- Du holst Angebote bei unseren Lieferanten ein, bewertest diese sorgfältig und führst eigenständig Preis- und Konditionsverhandlungen.
- Mithilfe unseres ERP-Systems wickelst du Bestellungen ab, pflegst Stammdaten und prüfst sorgfältig alle relevanten Dokumente wie Rechnungen und Lieferscheine.
- In enger Abstimmung mit der Entwicklung und dem Vertrieb begleitest du spannende Kundenprojekte von der ersten Anfrage bis zur erfolgreichen Serienfertigung.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Lieferanten löst du proaktiv Liefer- und Qualitätsprobleme und stellst so unsere Produktionsfähigkeit sicher.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation und bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im operativen Einkauf mit.
- Internationale Beschaffungsprozesse und Incoterms sind für dich bekanntes Terrain.
- Im Umgang mit gängigen ERP-Systemen und MS Office, insbesondere Excel, bist du routiniert.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert sowie eigenständig und du findest gerne pragmatische Lösungen.
- Du kommunizierst sicher und klar auf Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl mit internationalen Lieferanten als auch mit internen Teams.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
