Du arbeitest eng mit Entwicklung, Vertrieb, Produktion und Qualität zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass Materialien zuverlässig verfügbar sind – vom Projektstart bis zur Serie.
Was erwartet dich?
- Operativer Einkauf inkl. Bestellungen, Disposition und Terminverfolgung
- Prüfung von Rechnungen, Auftragsbestätigungen und Lieferscheinen
- Pflege von Stammdaten und Bestellabwicklung im ERP-System
- Einkauf von Handelsware und projektbezogenen Komponenten
- Unterstützung in Entwicklungs- und Kundenprojekten (von Anfrage bis Serie)
- Einholung, Bewertung und Verhandlung von Angeboten
- Eskalation und Lösung von Liefer- und Qualitätsproblemen

- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Einkauf und in der Beschaffung
- Kenntnisse in Incoterms und internationalen Einkaufsprozessen
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office (insbes. Excel)
- Strukturierte, eigenständige und pragmatische Arbeitsweise

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
