Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest den gesamten Beschaffungsprozess für projektbezogene Komponenten – von der Angebotseinholung über die Verhandlung bis zur termingerechten Muster- und Serienbeschaffung.
- Du baust strategische Lieferantenbeziehungen auf und aus, indem du neue Partner identifizierst, bewertest und bestehende durch Audits weiterentwickelst.
- Als zentraler Einkaufsexperte begleitest du unsere Entwicklungsprojekte von der ersten Kundenanfrage bis zur erfolgreichen Serienproduktion.
- Mithilfe von MS Excel und unserem ERP-System führst du präzise Projekt- und Materialkalkulationen durch und sicherst so die Wirtschaftlichkeit unserer Produkte.
- Du agierst als wichtige Schnittstelle und stimmst dich eng mit den Abteilungen Entwicklung, Produktion, Qualität und Logistik ab, um reibungslose Abläufe zu garantieren.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf oder in der Beschaffung mit, idealerweise im Projektumfeld.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie MS Office (insbesondere Excel) und kennst dich mit Incoterms aus.
- Eine strukturierte, eigenständige und pragmatische Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl mit Lieferant:innen als auch mit internen Teams.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
