Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle bei Problemen und nimmst telefonische Kundenanfragen und Störungsmeldungen rund um unsere Pool- und Wellnessanlagen entgegen
- Du bietest technische Telefonberatung an und dank deines Verständnisses für Pooltechnik (Pumpen, Filteranlagen, Wasseraufbereitung, Steuerungen) kannst du viele Probleme direkt am Telefon analysieren und lösen
- Du koordinierst Ticket- & Einsatzplanung, indem du Fälle strukturiert erfasst und die Einsätze für unser Serviceteam und unsere Techniker:innen koordinierst, wenn ein Problem nicht direkt gelöst werden kann
- Du bist die Zweigstelle zwischen unseren Lieferanten, Kund:innen und der Geschäftsleitung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung im Büro- und Assistenzbereich
- Du hast idealerweise eine technische oder handwerkliche Affinität (z. B. aus den Bereichen SHK, Elektrik, Poolbau oder eine ausgeprägte Leidenschaft als "Heimwerker"), um technische Zusammenhänge schnell zu verstehen
- Du verfügst über eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und absolut zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und behältst stets den Überblick
- Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent und bleibst auch bei kniffligen Kundenanfragen ruhig, geduldig und erklärst technische Lösungen einfach und verständlich
- Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Freude daran, Problemen auf den Grund zu gehen
- Du verfügst über routinierten Umgang mit dem Computer zur Dokumentation der Servicefälle
- Du bist bereit dich in unsere Branche einzuarbeiten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
