Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die strategische und operative Leitung des analytischen Labors, führst vier Teams und förderst die gezielte Weiterentwicklung deiner Mitarbeitenden.
- Du verantwortest die Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung aller analytischen Prozesse (u.a. HPLC, GC) unter Einhaltung der GMP-Richtlinien und stellst die termingerechte Fertigstellung sicher.
- Du treibst die Entwicklung, Validierung und Optimierung analytischer Methoden voran und gestaltest aktiv die strategische Weiterentwicklung des Laborstandortes mit.
- Du steuerst den effizienten Einsatz von Personal sowie Betriebsmitteln und leitest aus Reports gezielte Maßnahmen zur Leistungsoptimierung ab.
- Du agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle, arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung sowie dem Business Development zusammen und berätst Kunden bei analytischen Fragestellungen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium, z. B. in Chemie, Biochemie oder Pharmazie.
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem analytischen Labor mit Führungsverantwortung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in GMP und modernen Analysetechniken mit.
- Als unternehmerisch denkende Führungspersönlichkeit gehst du als Vorbild voran, motivierst dein Team und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für dessen Weiterentwicklung.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert sowie lösungsorientiert und du überzeugst mit Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
- Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
