Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung deines Teams aus vier Laborant:innen und entwickelst sie gezielt weiter.
- Du planst und koordinierst die termingerechte Aufarbeitung und Analyse von Proben mittels HPLC und stellst so einen reibungslosen Laborablauf sicher.
- Du verantwortest die GMP-konforme Dokumentation, wertest Analyseergebnisse aus und bearbeitest eigenständig OOS- sowie CAPA-Vorgänge.
- Du konzipierst und erarbeitest Validierungen sowie Verifizierungen für analytische Methoden im HPLC-Umfeld und optimierst bestehende Prozesse.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle arbeitest du eng mit der Laborleitung zusammen, berichtest über Kennzahlen und unterstützt bei strategischen Projekten.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast bereits Erfahung in der Teamführung.
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemielaborant (m/w/d), CTA oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, idealerweise hast du ab sieben Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Du verfügst bereits über Kenntnisse im Bereich HPLC
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, sorgfältig und ergebnisorientiert
- Du besitzt Planungs- und Organisationsgeschick
- Du hast gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Word und Excel
- Du bist teamfähig, zeigst Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Du sprichst sehr gutes Deutsch und gutes Englisch

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
