Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie bauen strategisch das Fundraising unserer Stiftung auf und entwickeln es weiter
- Sie bauen systematisch ein Spender- und Fördernetzwerk auf und pflegen es, einschließlich Privatspender:innen, Unternehmen und Stiftungen
- Sie identifizieren und sprechen potenzielle Förderer und Kooperationspartner:innen an
- Sie planen und setzen Fundraising-Kampagnen und Spendenaktionen um
- Sie organisieren und begleiten Fundraising-Veranstaltungen
- Sie entwickeln die öffentliche Wahrnehmung unserer Stiftung weiter und betreuen sowie entwickeln die Website und digitalen Kommunikationskanäle

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie begeistern sich für die Mission unserer Stiftung und die Förderung der Glioblastom-Forschung
- Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung im Fundraising, Development, Nonprofit-Management oder in vergleichbaren Bereichen
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Fundraising- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
- Sie sind fähig, Inhalte verständlich und emotional zu vermitteln
- Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Netzwerkfähigkeiten und Freude am Aufbau von Beziehungen zu Spender:innen und Partner:innen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
