Was erwartet dich?
- Du rüstest und richtest unsere modernen Kunststoffspritzgussmaschinen sowie die zugehörigen Peripheriegeräte ein und stellst so einen reibungslosen Produktionsstart sicher.
- Du begleitest aktiv die Serienfertigung, führst eigenständig Qualitätsprüfungen durch und gibst in Abstimmung mit dem Team die Produktion frei.
- Du analysierst laufende Produktionsprozesse, identifizierst eigenständig Verbesserungspotenziale und behebst Störungen, um unsere Effizienz und Produktqualität stetig zu steigern.
- Du bist für die Bedienung der Handlinggeräte zuständig und sorgst durch regelmäßige Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten für eine hohe Anlagenverfügbarkeit.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d) für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik oder bringst eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.
- Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste Erfahrung im Rüsten und Einrichten von Kunststoffspritzgussmaschinen sammeln.
- Eine sorgfältige, qualitätsbewusste und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus.
- Du bist bereit, im Schichtsystem zu arbeiten und bringst die dafür nötige Flexibilität mit.
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B1) für eine reibungslose Kommunikation im Team sind erforderlich.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
