Du bearbeitest alle Leistungsphasen der HOAI, von der Planung über die Ausschreibungen und Vergaben bis hin zur Objektbetreuung; Teilnahme an Besprechungen und Bauleitung mit zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrzeugen
Planung und Projektbetreuung, Bearbeitung aller Leistungsphasen der HOAI
- Du verantwortest die Planung und Konzeption anspruchsvoller TGA-Projekte, erstellst Berechnungen und Entwürfe in mit CAD-Software wie z. B. Trimble PlaCal Nova.
- Du erarbeitest Leistungsverzeichnisse (u. a. mit STLB-Bau) und legst damit den Grundstein für eine erfolgreiche und wirtschaftliche Projektrealisierung.
- Als Bauleitung übernimmst du die Objektüberwachung direkt vor Ort, koordinierst die verschiedenen Gewerke und stellst die Qualität bis zur finalen Abnahme sicher.
- Du agierst als zentrale technische Ansprechperson für unsere Auftraggeber, berätst sie proaktiv zur Optimierung ihrer Anlagen und betreust die Projekte über die Gewährleistung hinaus.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast deine Weiterbildung zum Meister (m/w/d) im Bereich HLK, Sanitär- oder Kältetechnik erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Du bringst vorzugsweise Berufserfahrung in der TGA-Planung mit und kennst dich idealerweise mit den Leistungsphasen der HOAI aus.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit CAD-Software – vorzugsweise Trimble PlanCal Nova – und anderen gängigen Berechnungs-Tools.
- Als Organisationstalent mit technischem Weitblick und souveränem Auftreten kommunizierst du sicher mit Kunden und Partnern.
- Ein Führerschein der Klasse B sowie verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
