Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt die Projektleiter (m/w/d) bei der Baustellenabwicklung in den Gewerken Lüftung und Klima
- Du erstellst Aufmaße und Bautageberichte
- Du koordinierst und sprichst dich mit Fremdgewerken ab
- Du stellst unsere qualitative Termintreue sicher
- Du teilst das Montagepersonal ein und überwachst es
- Du erkennst und berichtest Abweichungen und Baumängel
- Du terminierst und disponierst Materialien und Geräte kostengerecht
- Du nimmst an Baubesprechungen teil

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen Bereich
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Positionen in den Gewerken Lüftung und Kälte mit
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Office
- Du bist bereit, in Mitte- bis Norddeutschland eingesetzt zu werden
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Du kennst die technischen Normen und Regeln
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, engagiert und teamorientiert
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und selbstständig
