Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die ganzheitliche Planung, Steuerung und das Controlling von anspruchsvollen Vermessungsprojekten im Bahnumfeld – von der Angebotserstellung bis zur erfolgreichen Abrechnung.
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung deines Projektteams und koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern und Dienstleistern.
- Du konzipierst innovative Vermessungslösungen unter Einhaltung der Bahnstandards und setzt dabei moderne Technologien wie CAD, GIS und BIM ein.
- Du stellst die Qualität sicher, indem du Messergebnisse, Auswertungen und technische Dokumentationen sorgfältig prüfst und abnimmst.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle kommunizierst du proaktiv mit Auftraggebern, Behörden sowie internen Abteilungen und berichtest regelmäßig an die Geschäftsführung.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Vermessungswesen, Geodäsie oder Geoinformatik abgeschlossen und bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Vermessungsprojekten im Bahnumfeld mit.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Vermessungstechnologien wie GNSS oder Laserscanning, beherrschst gängige CAD-Software und kennst die relevanten Normen der Deutschen Bahn.
- Mit deiner Führungs- und Kommunikationsstärke leitest du Projektteams souverän, steuerst externe Partner und überzeugst im Umgang mit Auftraggebern.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig, strukturiert und ergebnisorientiert, wobei du auch in dynamischen Projektphasen einen kühlen Kopf bewahrst.
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf C1-Niveau, bringst idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse mit und besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
