Was erwartet dich?
- Gesamtverantwortung für die Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Vermessungsprojekte im Bereich Stromtrassen
- Fachliche und organisatorische Führung eines Vermessungsteams (Außen- und Innendienst)
- Projektsteuerung hinsichtlich Qualität, Termine, Budget und Ressourcen
- Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern, Baufirmen, Behörden und internen Schnittstellen
- Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Projektabwicklung sowie Einhaltung technischer Standards, gesetzlicher Vorgaben und Qualitätsstandards
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung vom Prozessen, Arbeitsmethoden und Teamstrukturen
- Mitwirkung bei der Angebotserstellung und projektbezogener Kalkulation

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Vermessungswesen, Geodäsie, Geoinformation oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Projektleiter, idealerweise in der Ingenieurvermessung oder Energieinfrastruktur
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Messdaten
- Erfahrung mit geographischen Informationssystemen (GIS)
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit GNSS und Tachymetrie
- Erfahrung mit Vermessungssoftware (Leica Infinity, Trimble Business Center)
- Sicherer Umgang mit Office-Anwendungen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1-Niveuau)
- Gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Teamgeist
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Verbindliches Auftreten und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Reisebereitschaft (Außendienst)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
