Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für unsere Vermessungsprojekte im Bereich Stromtrassen – von der Planung und Koordination bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung unter Einhaltung von Budget, Terminen und Qualitätsstandards.
- Du führst und entwickelst dein Vermessungsteam im Innen- und Außendienst sowohl fachlich als auch organisatorisch und agierst als zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Belange.
- Als kommunikative Schnittstelle steuerst du die Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern, Baufirmen sowie Behörden und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss.
- Du stellst die präzise Erfassung und Verarbeitung von Messdaten sicher, indem du moderne Technologien wie GNSS, Tachymetrie und GIS-Systeme sowie Software wie Leica Infinity oder Trimble Business Center einsetzt.
- Du wirkst aktiv bei der Angebotserstellung mit und bringst deine Expertise ein, um unsere internen Prozesse, Arbeitsmethoden und die Teamstruktur kontinuierlich zu optimieren.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium im Bereich Vermessungswesen, Geodäsie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektleitung mit.
- Du hast bereits erfolgreich Teams fachlich sowie organisatorisch geführt und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung.
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit Vermessungstechnologien (GNSS, Tachymetrie) sowie mit GIS und gängiger Auswertesoftware (z. B. Leica Infinity, Trimble Business Center).
- Mit deiner strukturierten, lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise und deinem kommunikativen Geschick überzeugst du im Austausch mit Kunden, Behörden und deinem Team.
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (C1) und bringst idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse mit.
- Ein Führerschein der Klasse B und die Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen sind für dich selbstverständlich.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
