Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Betreuung eines festen Mandantenstamms und bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für alle steuerlichen sowie betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen.
- Du erstellst anspruchsvolle Jahresabschlüsse sowie die dazugehörigen betrieblichen und privaten Steuererklärungen.
- Du verantwortest die Prüfung und Plausibilisierung der Finanz- und Lohnbuchhaltungen und stellst deren Qualität sicher.
- Du begleitest deine Mandant:innen aktiv bei Betriebsprüfungen und wirkst bei steuerlichen Sonderprojekten mit.
- Du führst die Korrespondenz mit Finanzbehörden sowie Sozialversicherungsträgern und bearbeitest selbstständig Rechtsbehelfsverfahren.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Steuerfachwirt (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst bereits mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen mit.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist sorgfältig und eigenverantwortlich, besonders im Umgang mit Finanzbehörden und Sozialversicherungen.
- Als kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit hast du Freude am direkten Austausch mit Mandant:innen und arbeitest gerne im Team.
- Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau (C1) in Wort und Schrift.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
