Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Betreuung eines festen Mandantenstamms und agierst als deren zentraler Ansprechpartner für alle steuerlichen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen.
- Du verantwortest die termingerechte Erstellung und Prüfung von Jahresabschlüssen sowie die Ausarbeitung von Steuererklärungen für Unternehmen verschiedener Rechtsformen.
- Du führst die Korrespondenz mit Finanzbehörden, vertrittst die Interessen deiner Mandant:innen bei Betriebsprüfungen und gestaltest proaktiv die Kommunikation.
- Du identifizierst proaktiv steuerliche Gestaltungsspielräume und entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Strategien zur Steueroptimierung für deine Mandant:innen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast deine Steuerberaterprüfung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Du bringst bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der steuerlichen Beratung mit.
- Im Umgang mit Mandant:innen und Behörden beweist du Diskretion, Fingerspitzengefühl und eine hohe Serviceorientierung.
- Eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus, um Jahresabschlüsse und Steuererklärungen präzise zu erstellen.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
