Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt bei der Einführung effizienter Planungs- und Budgetierungsprozesse innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe
- Du arbeitest mit bei der Konzeption, dem Aufbau und der Optimierung von Standard-Reports, Dashboards und Forecast-Strukturen
- Du konsolidierst und analysierst die Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresberichte
- Du erstellst die monatlichen BWA-Plan/Ist-Vergleiche unserer Gesellschaften
- Du unterstützt bei der Liquiditätsauswertung und -planung sowie bei der Analyse von Umsätzen, Gesellschaften und Beteiligungen
- Du wickelst das Tagesgeschäft ab und unterstützt im Mahnwesen, Konzern- und Personalcontrolling, und bist Sparringspartner:in für die kaufmännische Leitung und Fachbereiche bei finanziellen Fragestellungen, u.a. Beteiligungsmanagement und Großkund:innen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Controller (m/w/d), oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit wirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt
- Du bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung im Controlling mit
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Affinität zu Zahlen, Strukturen und digitalen Prozessen
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
- Du hast erste Erfahrungen in der Steuerung von Unternehmensbeteiligungen, was von Vorteil ist
- Du bist motiviert, dich eigenständig in komplexe Themenstellungen einzuarbeiten, Lösungsvorschläge zu entwickeln und umzusetzen, und bringst Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Umsetzungskompetenz mit

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
