Deine Aufg
- Teamführung und -entwicklung: Du leitest fachlich und disziplinarisch ein kleines Team aus Entwicklern und Consultants, förderst deren individuelle Weiterentwicklung und steuerst die Ressourcenplanung in Projekten
- Erfassung und Analyse der Kundenbedürfnisse: Du übersetzt komplexe Geschäftsanforderungen unserer Kunden in verständliche technische Konzepte.
- Projektmanagement: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für Microsoft Power Platform Projekte von der ersten Analyse über die Implementierung bis hin zum erfolgreichen Go-Live
- Steuerung und Qualitätskontrolle: Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Entwicklungsteam zusammen und stellst hohe Qualitätsstandards sicher
- Zusammenarbeit: du arbeitest eng mit dem Führungsteam der datom übergreifend zusammen und sicherst Unternehmenskultur, Organisation und Zielerreichung.
- Prozessoptimierung & Innovation: du wirkst an der Verbesserung von Prozessen, Methoden und Standards mit und förderst Innovationen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft mit IT-Schwerpunkt oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrungen in der Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen
- erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen oder disziplinarischen Führung von Teams und Projekten z.B. als Teamleiter oder Tech Lead
- wünschenswert: Fundierte Berufserfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 und der Power Platform
- Emphatische Führungspersönlichkeit mit starker Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungskraft und hoher Beratungskompetenz
- Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und unternehmerisches Denken
- Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
