Was erwartet dich?
- Du rüstest und bedienst eigenständig unsere CNC-Drehmaschinen mit Mazatrol-Steuerung zur Fertigung präziser Bauteile.
- Du erstellst und optimierst CNC-Programme direkt an der Maschine, um eine effiziente und qualitativ hochwertige Produktion sicherzustellen.
- Anhand von technischen Zeichnungen fertigst Du eigenverantwortlich Einzelteile und Kleinserien.
- Du übernimmst die laufende Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Werkstücke mit gängigen Messmitteln und dokumentierst die Ergebnisse.
- Zusätzlich bist Du für die regelmäßige Wartung und Pflege Deiner Maschine verantwortlich, um einen reibungslosen Betriebsablauf zu gewährleisten.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst erste praktische Erfahrung im Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-Drehmaschinen mit, idealerweise mit Mazatrol- oder Fanuc-Steuerung.
- Eine sorgfältige, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sind für dich selbstverständlich.
- Programmierkenntnisse sind ein Pluspunkt, aber keine Voraussetzung – die Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen, ist uns wichtiger.
- Du sprichst gutes Deutsch (mindestens B1/B2), um eine reibungslose Kommunikation im Team zu gewährleisten.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
