- Du betreust die Dialysepatient:innen und führst die Dialyse durch
- Du führst Shuntpunktionen durch und pflegst Katheter
- Du bereitest die Dialysemaschinen vor und nach
- Du gehst empathisch und professionell mit chronisch kranken Patient:innen um
- Du arbeitest mit hoher Eigenverantwortung und hältst einen hohen Qualitätsstandard ein, wobei du alle Hygienevorschriften berücksichtigst

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen staatlich anerkannten Ausbildungsabschluss als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in, Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) oder MFA
- Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Dialyseerfahrung mit
- Du gehst sicher mit der Hämodialysetherapie um, inklusive der Punktionen von Shunts und der Pflege von Dialysekathetern
- Du bist bereit, dich weiterzubilden und zeigst Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Du verfügst über Kommunikations- und Organisationsstärke und verhältst dich freundlich und konzentriert
- Du bist gesundheitlich für die Dialyse geeignet und hast PC-Kenntnisse sowie fließende Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf C1-Niveau

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
