Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Nebenbücher, Debitoren, Kreditoren und Abschlussnähe
- Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung und Teamverantwortung
- Fundierte operative Kenntnisse und die Bereitschaft, im Tagesgeschäft aktiv mitzuwirken
- Erfahrung in der Gestaltung und Digitalisierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger ERP-Software; Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central oder einem vergleichbaren System sind von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Hervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie ein souveränes und verbindliches Auftreten
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und gute Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
