Was erwartet dich?
- Du rüstest, bedienst und überwachst unsere CNC-Fertigungsanlagen eigenständig, um präzise Bauteile nach technischen Zeichnungen herzustellen.
- Du verantwortest die Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Teile mithilfe gängiger Messmittel und dokumentierst die Ergebnisse sorgfältig im System.
- Du übernimmst die regelmäßige Wartung und Pflege der Maschinen und sorgst bei Störungen für eine schnelle Problemlösung.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit deinen Teamkolleg:innen und der Schichtleitung stellst du einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf und die termingerechte Fertigstellung der Aufträge sicher.
- Du bringst dich aktiv in die Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse ein, um die Effizienz und Qualität kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. als Zerspanungsmechaniker:in, Maschinen- und Anlagenführer:in oder in einem vergleichbaren handwerklichen Beruf.
- Idealerweise bringst du erste Erfahrung im Bedienen von Produktions- oder Fertigungsanlagen mit.
- Du kannst technische Arbeitsanweisungen sicher lesen, verstehen und umsetzen.
- Eine hohe Lernbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit und eine sorgfältige, teamorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus.
- Du bist bereit, im Schichtsystem zu arbeiten, gelegentlich auch samstags.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um die reibungslose Kommunikation im Team und die Arbeitssicherheit zu gewährleisten.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
