Was erwartet Sie?
- Unterstützung bei der Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung technischer Projekte
- Organisation und Steuerung von Maßnahmen im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit sowie Koordination der externen Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit
- Überwachung von Terminen, Budgets und Projektfortschritten
- Erstellung von technischen Dokumentationen, Berichten und Präsentationen für interne und externe Ansprechpartner
- Aufbereitung und Analyse von Daten zur Unterstützung von Entscheidungsprozesse
- Rechnungskontrolle und Rechnungsfreigabe
- Verwaltung und Pflege von Verträgen
- Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen, Behörden, Dienstleistern und weiteren Projektpartnern
- Übernahme der Vertretung der Assistenz der Geschäftsführung und Unterstützung bei administrativen sowie organisatorischen Aufgaben während deren Abwesenheit

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise mit technischem Verständnis oder Interesse an technischen Zusammenhängen
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick sowie die Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu koordinieren
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Serviceorientierung sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Kollegen
