Was erwartet dich?
- Vom Innendienst aus übernimmst du die zentrale Koordination von Material und Monteuren für unsere Einfamilienhaus-Projekte und stellst so einen reibungslosen Bauablauf sicher.
- Du hast die fachliche Leitung über die ausführenden Monteure und übernimmts Verantwortung für die fachliche korrekte Ausführung
- Als direkte Ansprechperson stehst du in engem Austausch mit Bauleitern sowie Bauherren und stimmst alle Projektphasen transparent ab.
- Du überwachst aktiv den Projektfortschritt und steuerst gezielt nach, um die Einhaltung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualitätsstandards zu garantieren.
- Du dokumentierst den Baufortschritt sorgfältig, indem du mithilfe von MS Office aussagekräftige Baustellen- und Mängelreports erstellst und pflegst.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Abschluss als SHK-Geselle, Meister oder Techniker (m/w/d)
- Du hast Berufserfahrung auf der Baustelle, vorzugsweise im Neubau von Einfamilienhäusern
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungs- und zielorientiert, zuverlässig und hast Spaß an eigenständigen Aufgaben im Team
- Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, einen EU-Führerschein sowie einen geübten Umgang mit MS-Office

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
