Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst die technische System- und Ausführungsplanung für unsere Neubauprojekte im Bereich Einfamilienhäuser und arbeitest dabei primär mit CAD-Software wie LiNear oder AutoCAD.
- Du übernimmst die präzise Berechnung der Heiz- und Lüftungslast sowie die Auslegung der Rohrnetze gemäß den aktuellen DIN-Normen.
- Du ermittelst den Materialbedarf für die HLS-Gewerke und erstellst die entsprechenden Stücklisten als Grundlage für die Beschaffung.
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Fachbauleitern zusammen und stimmst dich regelmäßig ab, um einen reibungslosen Projektablauf sicherzustellen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium oder eine Ausbildung als Technische:r Systemplaner:in TGA/VAT, vielleicht sogar als Techniker:in SHK oder Heizungsbau-Meister, oder bist fit als Technische:r Zeichner:in
- Du kennst dich mit CAD-Planung aus und hast schon mal mit LiNear oder AutoCAD gearbeitet
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Planung von Heizung, Lüftung und Sanitär mit
- Du bist mit den einschlägigen DIN-Normen vertraut
- Du sprichst gut Deutsch, was uns bei der Kommunikation hilft
