Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst zielgruppengerechten Content, der Elektriker:innen begeistert, und sorgst durch gezieltes SEO dafür, dass wir online optimal gefunden werden
- Du konzipierst, steuerst und optimierst unsere Performance-Marketing-Kampagnen, insbesondere auf Kanälen wie Meta, um qualifizierte Leads für unser Software-Produkt zu generieren
- Du verantwortest die gesamte Customer Journey und stellst sicher, dass aus dem ersten Klick eine erfolgreiche Testphase und schließlich ein zufriedener Kunde wird
- Du identifizierst und testest systematisch neue Marketingkanäle und Wachstumshebel, um unsere Reichweite im Handwerkssektor kontinuierlich auszubauen
- Du entwickelst kreative Botschaften und Formate, die unsere Zielgruppe wirklich erreichen, und baust so eine starke Beziehung zu unserer Community auf
- Du definierst die relevanten KPIs, analysierst die Performance deiner Maßnahmen und teilst deine Erkenntnisse transparent mit dem Team, um unsere Strategie datenbasiert voranzutreiben

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast schon mal ein Produkt vermarktet, idealerweise Software, und deine Stärken liegen im Bereich Content, SEO/GEO, Paid Social und Paid Search
- Du hast ein gutes Gespür für hochwertigen Content und bist bereits ein starker Texter oder nutzt AI mit hohem Anspruch
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und eine interne Kommunikation auf Englisch ist für dich kein Problem
- Du lässt dich von einer bodenständigen Zielgruppe nicht abschrecken und bringst Offenheit für das Handwerk mit. Idealerweise findest du es sogar spannender als den nächsten Dev-Tools-Launch
- Du hast außergewöhnlichen Antrieb und suchst einen Ort, an dem du deine eigenen Ideen umsetzt, nicht die Roadmap von jemand anderem
- Du fühlst dich wohl dabei, die Erste oder der Erste zu sein — auf einem starken Fundament aufzubauen, statt eine fertige Maschine zu erben

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found in your application overview.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime via email.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
