Was erwartet dich?
- Du wickelst eigenverantwortlich und agil Ein- und Zweifamilienhäuser sowie Sonderprojekte ab
- Du bist die Ansprechperson für Bauherren, Fachabteilungen und Vertrieb während der Planungsphase und Bauzeit
- Du planst und steuerst die Projekttermine
- Du steuerst das Projektteam und organisierst Lösungsansätze für das Projektteam
- Du stimmst den Liefer- und Leistungsumfang mit dem Bauherren ab, inklusive Dokumentation und Kostenaufstellung
- Du prüfst die Plausibilität und Vollständigkeit der Ergebnisse der einzelnen Prozessschritte und bist verantwortlich für das Projektcontrolling hinsichtlich Kosten, Termine und Qualität

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bauwesen (z.B. Bauingenieur (m/w/d), Holzbau, Bautechniker (m/w/d))
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Fertighausbau oder Hochbau mit, was wünschenswert ist
- Du hast Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie gute Kenntnisse relevanter Normen und Bauvorschriften
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und zeigst hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
- Du trittst sicher auf, bist kommunikationsstark und verhandlungsgeschickt
- Du hast Freude an der Bearbeitung und Lösung von technischen und organisatorischen Aufgaben und gehst gerne auf Menschen zu, wobei du dich auf die unterschiedlichsten Charaktere einstellen kannst

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
