Was erwartet Sie?
- Als kaufmännische:r Sparringspartner:in für die Bauleitung steuern Sie aktiv den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg unserer Bauprojekte.
- Sie verantworten das gesamte Projektcontrolling von der Budgetüberwachung bis zur Rechnungsstellung und nutzen dafür unser ERP-System sowie MS Office.
- Sie übernehmen die Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Eingangsrechnungen und stellen die pünktliche Fakturierung an unsere Auftraggeber sicher.
- Sie erstellen aussagekräftige Reportings und gewährleisten die Einhaltung aller relevanten Richtlinien, wie z.B. HGB und VOB.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle koordinieren Sie den Informationsfluss zwischen internen Teams, Partnern und Nachunternehmern und sichern so reibungslose Projektabläufe.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen.
- Sie bringen bereits mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling oder Rechnungswesen mit.
- Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits Erfahrung aus der Baubranche sowie Kenntnisse in der VOB und im HGB mit.
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office sowie einem gängigen ERP-System.
- Als Sparringspartner für die Bauleitung agieren Sie durchsetzungsstark und teamorientiert, wobei Sie stets strukturiert und zuverlässig arbeiten.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.
