- Du übernimmst den 1st & 2nd Level Support von Standard- & Cloud Kund:innen, sowohl remote als auch vor Ort
- Du führst Migrationen von On-Premise-Lösungen in unsere firmeneigene Cloud durch, wie z.B. Hosted Exchange Server, Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop und VoIPUser
- Du optimierst und entwickelst die IT- und Cloud-Infrastruktur weiter
- Du wartest und pflegst Cloud- und On-Premise-Lösungen
- Du baust neue private und public Cloud Services auf und überwachst, analysierst sowie wertest das Monitoring aus
- Du migrierst Kund:innen auf unsere Cloud-Telefonanlage (Hosted PBX)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld; bei entsprechenden Kenntnissen bist du auch als Quereinsteiger:in willkommen
- Du verfügst über fundierte Windows-Betriebssystemkenntnisse und Praxiserfahrung im Microsoft-Client-Umfeld sowie gute Kenntnisse in der Netzwerkadministration (LAN/WLAN/VLANs/Routing)
- Du besitzt gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie analytische Fähigkeiten; Erfahrungen mit Storage-Lösungen sind von Vorteil
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit Citrix, Acronis Backup, VOIP und Innovaphone
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert, bist zielorientiert, leistungsbereit und flexibel
- Du bringst eine hohe Eigenmotivation, Belastbarkeit und ein vorbildliches Auftreten mit; du hast eine analytische Denkweise, arbeitest dich schnell in neue Themen ein und hast Lust, etwas zu bewegen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
