Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Sie als Systemadministrator (m/w/d). In dieser Funktion stellen Sie den stabilen, sicheren und regulatorisch konformen Betrieb der IT-Infrastruktur sicher. Sie verantworten den Betrieb, die Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung der Sicherheitslösungen sowie die Unterstützung von IT-Projekten und Endanwendern.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die Administration und Weiterentwicklung der zentralen Sicherheitsinfrastruktur, insbesondere der Fortinet-Landschaft (FortiGate, FortiMail) und der CrowdStrike Falcon Plattform.
- Sie steuern das proaktive Schwachstellenmanagement mit Mondoo, analysieren Security Alerts und leiten im Ernstfall die Incident-Response-Maßnahmen ein.
- Sie administrieren und optimieren die hybride Systemumgebung, die auf Windows Servern, Active Directory sowie Microsoft 365 und Azure/Entra ID basiert.
- Sie unterstützen bei internen Audits sowie der Erfüllung regulatorischer Anforderungen (z.B. DORA) und erstellen aussagekräftige Sicherheitsreports für das Management.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit im Team und mit externen Partnern wirken Sie an IT-Sicherheits- und Infrastrukturprojekten mit und unterstützen den 2nd- & 3rd-Level-Support.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie bringen mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Administration von IT-Infrastrukturen und im Bereich IT-Security mit.
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit Security-Lösungen wie Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiMail) und CrowdStrike Falcon sowie mit Microsoft-Umgebungen (Windows Server, Entra ID, M365).
- Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Erfahrung mit Tools wie CheckMK, SIEM-Lösungen, Veeam, Hyper-V oder PowerShell gesammelt.
- Mit Ihrer analytischen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise übernehmen Sie gerne Verantwortung und treiben Themen eigenständig voran.
- Als kommunikativer und serviceorientierter Teamplayer kommunizieren Sie sicher auf Deutsch, um Kolleg:innen und Partnern zur Seite zu stehen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
