Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die eigenständige Durchführung der Monatsabrechnungen für den Personalverleih (DE/CH) in Microsoft Business Central, von der Rechnungserstellung bis zur Gutschrift.
- Du übernimmst die präzise Verbuchung aller Geschäftsvorfälle in der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung und verarbeitest abrechnungsrelevante Daten wie Zeiterfassungen und Reisekosten.
- Als zentraler Ansprechpartner steuerst du die Kommunikation mit internen Fachbereichen, Kunden und externen Dienstleistern rund um alle Abrechnungsfragen.
- Du erstellst nicht nur aussagekräftige Reportings mit Power BI, sondern entwickelst unsere Auswertungen aktiv weiter, um datengestützte Entscheidungen zu ermöglichen.
- Du bringst deine Expertise ein, um unsere Finanzprozesse zu analysieren und mithilfe von Tools wie Power Automate kontinuierlich zu optimieren.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Accounting mit, idealerweise in der Personaldienstleistungsbranche.
- Du bist sattelfest in der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung und kennst dich bestens mit Abrechnungen in Deutschland aus – Erfahrung im Schweizer Personalverleih ist ein Plus.
- Du arbeitest routiniert mit ERP-Systemen wie Microsoft Business Central und bringst idealerweise Erfahrung mit VMS-Tools (z. B. Fieldglass, Beeline) mit.
- Du arbeitest qualitäts- und verantwortungsbewusst und hast Lust darauf, unseren Finance-Bereich aktiv mitzugestalten.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch (C2 in Wort und Schrift).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
