Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie berichten direkt an die regionale Geschäftsfeldleitung (m/w/d)
- Das Geschäftsfeld umfasst den erdverlegten Rohrleitungsbau in der Gas-, Wasser und Fernwärmeversorgung
- Sie gestalten den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg unserer Niederlassung sowie die technische, strategische und kulturelle Ausrichtung gemeinsam mit der regionalen Geschäftsfeldleitung (m/w/d)
- Sie stellen die Einhaltung technischer Standards und das Arbeitssicherheitsmanagement nach Vorgaben der OMEXOM-Gruppe sicher
- Sie überwachen die Zielerreichung der Niederlassung hinsichtlich Kosten, Terminen, Qualität sowie Investitionen
- Die fachliche Führungsverantwortung sowie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden (m/w/d) gehören ebenso zu Ihren Aufgaben wie die qualitative und quantitative Personalplanung
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Gewinnung neuer Kunden (m/w/d) und Projekte sowie für den Aufbau eines nachhaltigen Kundenmanagement

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Versorgungstechnik oder über einen vergleichbaren Abschluss (z.B. Meister (m/w/d), Techniker (m/w/d))
- Sie besitzen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im baunahen Projektgeschäft sowie Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im erdverlegten Rohrleitungsbau
- Darüber hinaus konnten Sie bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Führung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden (m/w/d) sammeln
- Neben Ihrer Kommunikationsstärke und Hands-on-Mentalität zeichnen Sie sich durch strategisches und budgetorientiertes Denken und Handeln aus
- Der Umgang mit einschlägigen Normen, Gesetzen und Standards wie DVGW bzw. AGFW oder VOB ist Ihnen vertraut
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Fundierte IT-Kenntnisse, explizit im Hinblick auf MS Office Anwendungen und Kalkulationsprogrammen, runden Ihr Profil ab
- Ein Führerschein der Klasse B wird vorausgesetzt
