Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest unser Kompetenzteam Verkehr + Städtebau mit derzeit 5 Mitarbeitenden fachlich und disziplinarisch
- Du bist als Teamlead Teil unseres Führungszirkels “Roter Kreis” und nimmst aktiven Einfluss auf eine nachhaltige und innovative Geschäftsentwicklung
- Du bearbeitest und leitest eigenverantwortlich Bauprojekte von Straßen- und Verkehrsanlagen verschiedener Größenordnung über alle Leistungsphasen der HOAI 1-9
- Du behältst als unser:e Spezialist:in für die Verkehrs- und Stadtplanung den Überblick über die vielfältigen und komplexen Anforderungen der beteiligten Akteure, des Zeitplans, der Wirtschaftlichkeit sowie jeglicher Aspekte des Umwelt- und Ressourcenschutzes und teilst deine Expertise mit deinen Kolleg:innen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen (oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation) sowie mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im deutschen Tief- und Straßenbau mit
- Du hast bereits erfolgreich Teams fachlich oder disziplinarisch geführt und es macht dir Spaß, Menschen zu entwickeln und zu gemeinsamen Zielen zu führen
- Du bewegst dich sicher in allen Leistungsphasen der HOAI und hast Erfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Leitung von Bauprojekten
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in einer gängigen CAD-Software wie BricsCAD, VESTRA oder vergleichbare Programme
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau), sowohl im Team als auch mit externen Partnern

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
