Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Leitung anspruchsvoller Projekte in der Straßen- und Verkehrsanlagenplanung, von Radwegenetzen über Kreisstraßen bis hin zu städtischer Infrastruktur
- Du steuerst deine Projekte eigenverantwortlich durch alle Leistungsphasen der HOAI (1-9) und verantwortest dabei Termine, Kosten und Qualität
- Je nach Projektumfang übernimmst du die Rolle der zentralen Ansprechperson: Du koordinierst dein Projektteam, kommunizierst eng mit Auftraggebern sowie Behörden und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
- Du erstellst und bearbeitest die technische Planung aktiv mit moderner CAD-Software wie BricsCAD oder VESTRA

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im deutschen Verkehr, Straßen- oder Städtebau mit
- Du besitzt idealerweise Erfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Projektleitung
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit gängigen CAD-Systemen und branchenspezifischer Fachsoftware
- Du zeichnest dich durch ein ausgeprägtes Selbstmanagement und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus
- Du verügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau C1) für eine sichere Kommunikation im Projektalltag

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
